Brewinski Dental Systems (“we”, “us”) is the controller for personal information collected via this website.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect:
• Name
• Email address
• The message you submit (and any details you include)
Why we use it
We use this information to:
• Respond to your enquiry
• Arrange a call or follow-up if requested
• Keep basic records of enquiries for operational reasons
Lawful basis
We process your information because it’s necessary to respond to requests you make and for our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and improving our service.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We use service providers to run the site and receive messages:
• Framer (website hosting and form delivery)
• Google Workspace (Gmail) (to receive and store enquiry emails)
If you click to view/download PDFs hosted on Dropbox, Dropbox will process your request and may collect technical data under its own policies.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping. We aim to delete enquiry information within 12 months unless there’s an ongoing conversation or a legal/accounting reason to keep it longer.
Your rights
